  • • Be the voice of world-class brands from your own home as an English Customer Service Representative for Teleperformance Canada. You will handle inbound calls, chats and emails for leading technology, retail and service companies, guiding customers through installation, troubleshooting and day-to-day use of products and applications. Every interaction is an opportunity to turn frustration into loyalty by delivering fast, accurate and genuinely helpful support.
  • • Master a consultative, customer-first approach. Listen actively, diagnose issues quickly and translate technical jargon into plain language that empowers callers. Whether you are walking a first-time user through account setup or resolving a complex billing question, you will personalize every solution and leave the customer confident and satisfied.
  • • Own the full lifecycle of each contact. Document interactions in real time, update CRM records with precision and follow up proactively when promised. You will coordinate with billing, technical and logistics teams across multiple time zones to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and every commitment is met.
  • • Become a product expert. During your paid six-week training program you will dive deep into the features, policies and troubleshooting workflows of the brands you support. After training you will stay current through micro-learning modules, knowledge-base updates and peer-led huddles so your advice is always accurate and up to date.
  • • Protect and grow customer relationships. Spot opportunities to educate callers about additional features, loyalty programs or self-service tools that save them time and money. Your ability to turn a single support call into a lasting brand advocate directly impacts client Net Promoter Scores and renewal rates.
  • • Champion quality and compliance. Adhere to PCI, GDPR and client-specific security protocols on every call. Use call-monitoring feedback and QA scorecards to refine your tone, accuracy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution rates above industry benchmarks.
  • • Work in a fully remote, cloud-based environment. Log in from a distraction-free home office using company-provided equipment and secure VPN access. Enjoy predictable Monday–Friday shifts between 8 AM–9 PM (8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week) with occasional weekend rotations to support peak periods.
  • • Collaborate with a diverse, Canada-wide team. Join daily virtual stand-ups, peer coaching sessions and monthly town halls where best practices are shared and achievements are celebrated. Your ideas for process improvement are welcomed and often piloted within weeks.
  • • Grow without limits. Teleperformance’s internal talent marketplace posts new roles daily—team lead, workforce analyst, quality coach, training facilitator and more. Self-assessments, guided curricula and tuition assistance help you move vertically or horizontally across lines of business.
