  • • We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Manual Engineer to become an integral part of a dedicated retail-focused product team. This team is instrumental in developing and refining user interfaces, optimizing checkout systems, and ensuring the seamless execution of end-to-end transaction workflows for our clients.
  • • In this role, your primary responsibility will be to rigorously validate web and mobile user interfaces, ensuring not only functional accuracy but also a consistent and responsive design across all platforms. You will be a key player in testing complex checkout and payment workflows, encompassing Point of Sale (POS) related processes, various payment gateway integrations, and diverse transaction scenarios to guarantee reliability and security.
  • • A significant aspect of your work will involve performing thorough API testing. You will utilize industry-standard tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent solutions to verify the integrity and functionality of our backend services and their interactions.
  • • You will be responsible for executing comprehensive end-to-end testing, meticulously verifying complete user journeys from the front-end interaction through to backend integrations, ensuring a cohesive and flawless user experience.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the stability and reproducibility of our modern, containerized environment by testing Docker container base images, ensuring their integrity, stability, and dependency management.
  • • Your role will be crucial in identifying, meticulously documenting, and diligently tracking defects using our established issue-tracking systems. You will be the guardian of quality, ensuring that any issues are clearly communicated and resolved promptly.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work in close partnership with developers, fellow QA engineers, and product stakeholders, fostering a shared commitment to achieving the highest standards of product quality.
  • • You will be expected to provide clear, concise, and structured reporting of test results, potential risks, and identified issues, enabling informed decision-making and proactive problem-solving.
  • • Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes and the refinement of our overall testing best practices, helping to shape the future of quality at Xebia.
