• As an English Language Specialist (US Only) - Freelance AI Trainer Project, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI by evaluating and improving the performance of large-scale language models through hands-on testing and feedback.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with AI systems across diverse topics, reviewing model responses for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, documenting errors or gaps, and providing structured feedback to refine prompts, tasks, and evaluation methods in collaboration with the team.
• You will join Agency Analytics Inc., a company focused on advancing AI development through high-quality training data, working remotely within the U.S. on a freelance basis to support the creation of more reliable and useful AI systems for education, research, and professional applications.
• This role offers the opportunity to build foundational experience in AI training and evaluation, strengthen critical thinking and communication skills, and contribute directly to the development of cutting-edge AI technologies—ideal for early-career professionals and recent graduates seeking to launch their careers in AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English language skills with excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to think critically, identify inconsistencies, and evaluate AI responses for accuracy and clarity
• Experience in research, writing, tutoring, or problem-solving (considered a plus)
• Early-career professional or recent graduate preferred
• No prior AI or technical experience required
