• • As an Enrollment Admissions Specialist at HyperionDev, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the end-to-end enrollment process for students utilizing specialized funding tracks, including the GI Bill, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), and Sallie Mae. This is a critical position that requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing a dedicated student pipeline. Your primary objective will be to guide students through the intricate administrative journey, ensuring all funding-specific documentation is accurately completed and submitted, thereby enabling a seamless transition into their chosen tech education programs.
• • You will be the driving force behind getting students 'over the line,' which involves persistent and strategic follow-ups with both prospective students and key external stakeholders. This requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex processes. Success in this role is directly tied to your ability to convert applicants into fully enrolled students through these specific, often complex, funding channels, measured by a strong conversion rate.
• • Key responsibilities include:
• • **End-to-End Pipeline Management:** You will own and manage the entire enrollment lifecycle for students applying through GI Bill, WIOA, and Sallie Mae funding avenues. This involves tracking each student's progress from initial application to final enrollment confirmation.
• • **Stakeholder Coordination:** You will be the primary point of contact, maintaining consistent and clear communication with students, funding bodies, and partner organizations. Your role is to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted promptly and approved efficiently, facilitating a smooth process for everyone involved.
• • **Persistence & Follow-up:** A significant part of this role involves proactive engagement. You will be expected to maintain high daily productivity through consistent outbound calls and emails, diligently following up to secure student commitments and overcome any administrative hurdles.
• • **Data Accuracy and Verification:** You will be responsible for accurately managing and allocating student information across various systems. A crucial aspect of this is ensuring the verification of funding is confirmed, preventing potential delays or issues later in the enrollment process.
• • **Relationship Building:** Developing and nurturing strong relationships with students is paramount. By providing excellent support and clear guidance, you will foster high satisfaction ratings and significantly reduce student drop-off during the often-challenging administrative phase.
