- • The Enrollment/Billing Representative provides essential support for billing and accounting functions at Allegiance by Cigna Healthcare, ensuring accurate health group billing, premium statements, and timely facilitation of fixed cost payments while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing monthly health billing statements, verifying enrollment and rate accuracy against group agreements, gathering rate data from brokers or marketing, preparing premium statements and check requests, compiling spreadsheet reports, resolving billing issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams, responding to client and broker inquiries via phone and email, testing billing software updates, and performing general accounting duties such as monthly reporting, reconciliations, and data entry for the Flex Department.
