📋 Description

• • The Enrollment Specialist serves as the critical first connection between Cambium Learning Group’s virtual school and prospective families, playing a pivotal role in turning inquiries into enrolled students by guiding families through the entire enrollment journey with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively recruiting prospects via phone, email, and chat; assisting families with application questions related to enrollment, placement, and graduation; providing enrollment status updates; coordinating document collection and verification; identifying families needing additional support; collaborating with school staff to streamline the enrollment process; maintaining accurate CRM records; and resolving customer concerns through timely follow-up and solution-oriented communication.
