📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end payer enrollment lifecycle for 800+ cutting-edge psychiatry practices across the United States, ensuring every provider can receive electronic remittance advice (ERA) and electronic funds transfer (EFT) through Osmind’s O360 billing platform.
• • Serve as the single point of technical expertise for all EDI enrollment matters, translating complex payer requirements into clear, actionable steps for internal teams and external practice staff.
• • Execute daily enrollment tasks inside athenahealth and other practice-management environments—configuring clearinghouses, mapping payer IDs, validating ERA/EFT settings, and confirming live transmissions—so that new practices can begin billing within days, not weeks.
• • Navigate more than 20 payer portals (Availity, Navinet, PayerCompass, PECOS, Medicare DME MACs, state Medicaid systems, and regional commercial payers) to submit enrollment forms, upload banking documents, and monitor approval queues.
• • Collect and verify sensitive data—bank account details, tax IDs, NPIs, portal logins—while maintaining HIPAA-level confidentiality and building trust with psychiatrists and their administrative teams.
• • Partner with Implementation Managers to align enrollment timelines with overall go-live schedules; flag any payer delays at least 48 hours in advance so customer expectations stay intact.
• • Provide twice-weekly status reports to the Director of RCM that include enrollment velocity, rejection reasons, and emerging payer policy changes that could impact downstream cash flow.
• • Collaborate with Customer Support to answer enrollment-related tickets within one business day, using screen-share sessions and step-by-step guides to walk practice staff through portal navigation.
• • Build and maintain an internal knowledge base in Notion that documents payer-specific quirks (e.g., Florida Blue requires a voided check, Anthem CA needs a separate EFT form), cutting future enrollment time by 30%.
• • Contribute to monthly process-improvement sprints—automating repetitive data entry, creating reusable email templates, and suggesting new AI-supported validation checks—to scale enrollment capacity as Osmind’s provider network doubles in 2024.
• • Champion mental-health revenue-cycle best practices by staying current on CMS, AMA, and payer bulletins, then translating regulatory updates into plain-language guidance for non-billing experts.
• • Represent the Enrollment team during cross-functional retros, sharing metrics and lessons learned that shape product roadmaps and enhance the provider experience.
