📋 Description

• • The Program Manager, GTM role at Monks is a key operational leader shaping the future of content creation on YouTube by building the operational backbone for the Generative AI and Shorts Go-to-Market program, enabling scalable launch of innovative creator tools.
• • Day to day, the person will design, build, and manage operations and infrastructure for a scalable, always-on Gen AI & Shorts GTM program; oversee day-to-day operations of live initiatives as the central point of contact; and drive cross-functional orchestration across workstreams by managing project plans, meeting agendas, and communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
