- • As a Senior Product Manager I, Compliance at Optro Inc., you will lead the charge on the core product experience, owning design systems and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout of user experience upgrades across the compliance product portfolio.
- • Day to day, you will partner with product leadership to define and execute the compliance product strategy and roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver new capabilities addressing regulatory and customer needs, own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, and act as a connective layer between customers and internal teams to ensure solutions are usable, compliant, and deliver business impact.

- • In this role, you will drive adoption of AI across the product development lifecycle using tools like Claude Code and Replit, explore agentic capabilities in the compliance domain to automate workflows and enhance user productivity, and develop expertise in translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable product features while influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Design, and Engineering teams.
