- • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure within a high-potential EMEA territory, focusing on Crypto and Financial Services enterprises.
- • You will transform how leading institutions combat crypto crime by selling Elliptic’s compliance and investigation solutions, translating evolving global and regional regulations into compelling business cases.
- • Proactively identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise accounts, including pre-defined targets and new prospects, using a combination of inbound, outbound, and partner-sourced opportunities.
- • Develop and execute multi-threaded sales strategies to engage diverse stakeholders across compliance, legal, risk, procurement, technology, and C-suite levels.
- • Manage 5-, 6-, and 7-figure deal cycles with precision, leveraging value-based selling, persuasion, and influence to drive complex, long-cycle transactions.
- • Drive account expansion through timely upsell and cross-sell initiatives in existing customer accounts, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to map whitespace and build qualified pipelines.
- • Partner with global sales teams, sales engineers, product experts, customer success, marketing, and partner channels to accelerate deal velocity and expand reach across multi-region accounts.
- • Represent Elliptic at key industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships, generate new prospects, and enhance brand visibility.
- • Conduct discovery cycles with at least 10 enterprise prospects using the Value Pyramid and MEDDPPICC methodology to qualify or disqualify opportunities with confidence.
- • Build multi-threaded relationships within strategic accounts, ensuring engagement beyond a single champion by connecting with compliance, risk, and C-suite decision-makers.
- • Maintain a pipeline of at least 3x your quarterly quota within the first six months through proactive territory mapping and strategic engagement.
- • Complete all Elliptic product certifications and onboarding processes within the first six months.
- • Close your first enterprise deal within six months, demonstrating end-to-end management from initial engagement through legal and procurement processes.
- • Earn a reputation internally as a well-prepared, collaborative account owner who effectively leverages internal resources without waste.
- • Stay ahead of industry shifts in crypto compliance and translate emerging challenges into opportunities for Elliptic’s solution suite.
- • Be an ambassador of Elliptic’s values—curiosity, trust, and action—in every customer and internal interaction.
- • Travel to meet customers and attend industry events as required to conduct business face to face.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of consistently closing enterprise B2B deals in SaaS and/or DaaS within RegTech, FinTech, and/or Crypto
- • Experience managing complex, long-cycle, high-value (5-7 figure) sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to use MEDDPPICC methodology and value-based selling techniques
- • Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events
- • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar
- • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite and executive stakeholders
