- • Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth across the Nordic region, with a primary focus on Sweden and Stockholm-based enterprise clients.
- • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise SaaS prospects through outbound and community-driven prospecting strategies in the technology sector.
- • Own end-to-end sales cycles for complex enterprise deals, from initial outreach through negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship handoff.
- • Develop and execute territory strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer accounts with Workato’s enterprise iPaaS and AI orchestration platform.
- • Collaborate with and leverage partnerships within Workato’s VAR ecosystem to extend market reach and drive joint customer success.
- • Utilize Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track, manage, and optimize sales activities, pipeline health, and customer interactions.
- • Maintain a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined execution and strategic account planning.
- • Navigate complex enterprise buying committees, aligning Workato’s platform capabilities with client needs around data integration, process automation, and AI operationalization.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and technical stakeholders by articulating the business value of Workato’s cloud-native, enterprise-grade automation platform.
- • Operate with autonomy to design and refine sales processes, adapting to market feedback and company growth without relying on rigid playbooks.
- • Demonstrate resilience and tenacity in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining a high standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
- • Balance multiple priorities across active deals, prospecting, internal alignment, and customer success coordination with minimal supervision.
- • Contribute to building a high-performing, entrepreneurial sales culture rooted in ownership, innovation, and customer-centric values.
- • Represent Workato at industry events, partner forums, and community engagements to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads in Sweden.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of Workato’s product offerings, competitive landscape, and use cases across industries to effectively position the platform to enterprise buyers.
- • Ensure all customer interactions reflect Workato’s core values of trust, innovation, and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
- • Experience in outbound and community-driven prospecting within the technology space
- • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- • Native Swedish speaker with proficiency in English
- • Experience using Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sales prospecting and CRM management
- • Experience building and maintaining relationships with VAR partners and enterprise customers
