  • • Serve as the first enterprise GTM sales lead in the United States for Omnea, responsible for driving US revenue growth and closing mid-five to low-six figure deals with mid-market and enterprise technology companies (300–8,000 employees).
  • • Build and manage the entire US sales pipeline from prospecting to close, developing outbound strategies and experimenting with messaging tailored to procurement, finance, and legal stakeholders.
  • • Partner directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and CEO to refine the ideal customer profile, expand into new sectors and geographies, and shape overall GTM strategy as the company scales.
  • • Become the company’s top expert on pitching Omnea’s AI-native Supplier Relationship Management platform, translating complex procurement workflows into compelling value propositions for CFOs and procurement leaders.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to relay frontline customer insights that directly influence product roadmap and feature prioritization.
  • • Operate as a generalist within a high-impact startup environment, contributing to marketing initiatives, event participation, customer onboarding, and community building as needed.
  • • Network extensively with senior procurement and finance executives across the US, attending industry events and establishing Omnea as a thought leader in enterprise AI procurement.
  • • Design and institutionalize foundational sales processes from the ground up, including objection handling frameworks, CRM workflows, and pipeline management protocols.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional commercial intuition by navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving Finance, Legal, Security, and IT departments.
  • • Achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets while maintaining >99% customer retention rates characteristic of Omnea’s current enterprise clientele.
  • • Rapidly master the technical and operational aspects of Omnea’s platform without relying on sales engineers, enabling autonomous demonstrations and product explainers.
  • • Act as a cultural ambassador for Omnea’s entrepreneurial spirit, embodying the company’s values of grit, ambition, and meritocracy while helping to shape the future commercial team.
  • • Potentially manage a geography, sector, or team within the next 12 months as the US GTM function expands, with clear pathways to leadership roles.
  • • Work in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the DC office, as the company prioritizes co-location during this early-scale phase for alignment and culture building.
  • • Contribute to company-wide initiatives beyond sales, including feedback loops for product, participation in recruiting, and support for customer success operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–7 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales or a comparable high-impact commercial role with consistent top or near-top team performance
  • • Demonstrated ability to independently close complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Security, and IT
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build processes from scratch and take ownership of revenue outcomes in a fast-scaling startup
  • • Exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation — with proven ability to influence and sell to senior executives including CFOs
  • • Track record of exceptional performance in a challenging environment, whether in sales, academics, sports, or other domains, demonstrating grit and resilience
  • • Willingness to work in-person three days per week (Tues–Thurs) in DC; no visa sponsorship available
