- • Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive targeting top enterprise accounts within the CPG & Luxury industries across Paris.
- • Engage directly with C-suite executives and senior business leaders to articulate the financial and professional value of UiPath’s automation solutions.
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account planning and consistent pipeline development.
- • Employ a value-based selling approach to educate prospects on how UiPath’s platform drives operational efficiency, cost reduction, and workforce transformation.
- • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple departments and organizational levels.
- • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, adoption, and retention throughout the sales lifecycle.
- • Cultivate and leverage partnerships with local partners and global systems integrators to expand market reach and drive joint customer implementations.
- • Proactively monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and product developments to align sales strategy with evolving customer needs.
- • Utilize MEDDPICC or equivalent sales methodologies to accurately forecast pipeline, qualify opportunities, and mitigate deal risks.
- • Maintain a data-driven approach to territory management, account prioritization, and personal performance tracking.
- • Represent UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by delivering compelling presentations, demos, and executive-level discussions.
- • Embody UiPath’s core values: Be Bold, Humble, Immersed, and Fast in all customer interactions and internal collaborations.
- • Adapt sales strategies to meet the unique regulatory, cultural, and operational contexts of enterprise clients in the CPG & Luxury sectors.
- • Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of UiPath solutions.
- • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to support forecasting, reporting, and internal alignment.
- • Participate in regional and global sales initiatives to contribute to UiPath’s broader market growth objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions directly to C-suite executives in large organizations
- • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas with a track record of growing enterprise client portfolios
- • Fluency in both English and French
- • Demonstrated proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies
- • Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify key stakeholders across departments
- • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and partner teams
