- • Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive covering Asia from Seoul, South Korea, focusing on new business acquisition for Workato’s enterprise iPaaS platform.
- • Build and execute a strategic territory plan targeting Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts across Asia, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
- • Own end-to-end sales cycles for complex, multi-threaded deals valued at over $100k, working closely with SDRs, partner sales teams, and marketing to engage C-level executives across business units.
- • Sell directly to enterprise clients while also leveraging and managing relationships with channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with minimal corporate structure, requiring autonomy, initiative, and comfort with ambiguity.
- • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management, strategic account planning, and effective negotiation.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and customer success teams to align solutions with enterprise needs and ensure seamless deal progression.
- • Navigate complex enterprise procurement processes and decision-making frameworks, positioning Workato as the trusted foundation for AI-driven automation and application integration.
- • Represent Workato as a market leader in enterprise MCP and iPaaS, leveraging the company’s recognition as a Forbes Cloud 100 company and Deloitte Tech Fast 500 honoree.
- • Maintain a hunter mentality—proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing new enterprise opportunities without reliance on inbound leads or corporate safety nets.
- • Function as a team player who builds trust internally to orchestrate large, complex deals, balancing independent initiative with collaborative execution.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving product offerings, market dynamics, and customer requirements in a rapidly scaling global technology company.
- • Engage with clients across diverse industries in Asia, understanding their unique operational challenges and tailoring Workato’s platform to unify data, applications, and AI workflows.

- • 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
- • Experience managing enterprise accounts and complex B2B sales cycles
