- • As an Enterprise Account Executive (EMEA) at Optro Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across enterprise accounts in the EMEA region by acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer relationships within a market-leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform trusted by over 50% of the Fortune 500, including 7 of the Fortune 10.
- • You will operate from the London office in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week), reporting directly to the Area Director EMEA, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders by aligning Optro’s technology with robust business cases that secure executive sponsorship and CFO approval.
- • Day to day, you will take full ownership of your enterprise territory, managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, leveraging consultative selling techniques to solve real business problems in audit, risk, compliance, and ESG domains.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, and Business Value Consulting teams to build compelling value propositions, run joint field marketing initiatives, and engage with trade shows and partners to generate and progress opportunities.
- • A key part of your role will involve partnering with Optro’s Big 4 Alliance partners to develop co-selling strategies that deliver customer-centric outcomes and expand market reach through trusted advisory networks.
- • You will win deals through meticulous planning, flawless execution of legal and IT security negotiations, and a structured sales process, while maintaining an 'in the field' mentality by prioritizing face-to-face engagements with prospects and customers whenever possible.
- • You will be responsible for strategic pipeline generation and opportunity progression, including forecasting, territory planning, and value-based selling, ensuring consistent achievement of quota and contribution to Optro’s continued recognition as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in North America.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience working with enterprise technology solutions, preferably in SaaS, IT security, risk management, or GRC platforms.
- • Proven track record of success in complex sales cycles, including new logo acquisition and expansion of existing enterprise accounts.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Partners, as well as external alliances like the Big 4, to drive deal velocity and customer outcomes.
