- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Optro Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across the DACH region by driving new logo acquisition and growing existing enterprise accounts in audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec solutions. This role is critical to Optro’s mission of transforming risk into strategic advantage for Fortune 500 clients, leveraging its award-winning platform that is trusted by over half of the Fortune 500, including seven of the Fortune 10.
- • You will own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, focusing on both publicly listed and privately held organizations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances to deliver tailored, value-based solutions that address C-level challenges in risk, compliance, and ESG reporting.
- • You will operate remotely from your home office in Germany, with occasional travel to client sites or Optro’s London-based AuditBoard office as needed. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, translating business objectives into measurable outcomes using Optro’s platform, while contributing directly to the company’s growth in one of Europe’s most advanced and regulated markets.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly within GRC and ESG domains, while refining your consultative selling skills in complex, regulated environments. You will gain exposure to global sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale, strengthen your ability to navigate German regulatory and procurement landscapes, and build a track record of closing high-value deals—positioning yourself for long-term career advancement within a fast-paced, international organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in SaaS or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software solutions
- • Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients
- • Native-level German fluency and excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- • Experience with value-based selling and building long-term, strategic customer partnerships
- • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale
- • Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams in a remote, fast-paced environment
