- • Own and grow a defined territory in the MEA region, focusing on large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees) across the Public Sector.
- • Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers in both business and IT functions to drive meaningful conversations and long-term value.
- • Develop and execute strategic Account Plans aligned with customer goals and Camunda’s growth targets.
- • Generate new pipeline through outbound campaigns, ecosystem partnerships, and creative prospecting, with equal emphasis on hunting and closing.
- • Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles using proven methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales.
- • Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes and successful implementations.
- • Navigate complex buying centers involving multiple stakeholders across IT and business units within large enterprises.
- • Demonstrate initiative, grit, and ownership in building pipeline from scratch in a high-growth, product-led sales environment.
- • Represent Camunda as a trusted advisor to global organizations including banks, insurers, and public sector institutions seeking to modernize legacy systems through agentic orchestration.
- • Leverage deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals in a competitive market.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline with precision to support regional and global sales planning.
- • Stay informed on industry trends in process automation, AI orchestration, and digital transformation to enhance credibility and customer engagement.
- • Participate in regional and global sales meetings, product updates, and training sessions to align with Camunda’s evolving product roadmap.
- • Contribute to shaping Camunda’s go-to-market strategy in the MEA region through customer insights and market feedback.
- • Ensure all sales activities adhere to Camunda’s values of integrity, transparency, and customer-centricity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in MEA, with a consistent track record of overachieving quota.
- • Experience selling to large enterprises (5,000+ employees), particularly in the Public Sector vertical.
- • Proven ability to navigate complex buying centres, influencing both IT and business stakeholders at the C-level.
- • Strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
- • Comfortable building new pipeline from scratch, requiring initiative, grit, and ownership.
- • Native in Arabic and fluency in English.
