- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Optro Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling the company’s industry-leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform to large publicly traded and private organizations across the Mid-Atlantic region. This role is critical to Optro’s continued expansion as one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America, with over $300M ARR and a client base that includes more than 50% of the Fortune 500, including seven of the Fortune 10. You will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, closing complex enterprise deals, and contributing directly to the company’s mission of transforming risk management and audit through innovative technology and strategic partnerships.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will execute full-cycle sales activities, including territory planning, pipeline generation, and advancing sales opportunities from initial contact to close. You will expand business within existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives while simultaneously pursuing net new logo acquisition. Your responsibilities will include strategizing multi-pillar platform sales across various business units and economic buyers, collaborating with C-suite executives such as CCOs, CAOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, EVPs, and SVPs to develop tailored solutions that address specific organizational pain points. You will identify customer challenges, educate prospects on Optro’s unique value proposition, demonstrate the product via video conference or onsite visits, and guide stakeholders through the sales process with approximately 25%-30% travel for client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events. Additionally, you will co-create compelling business cases to secure internal advocacy for Optro adoption, work closely with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, and Value Architects to align on sales goals, and partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate expectation setting. A key component of the role involves developing and nurturing relationships within the partner ecosystem, particularly with Big 4 accounting firms and boutique advisory firms, to amplify business development efforts and extend market reach.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- • 7+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions.
- • Proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas, with consistent performance in the top 10% of salespeople and deal sizes aligning with $1.3M–$1.7M ACV.
