- • As an Enterprise Account Executive (Nordics) at Optro Inc., you will drive revenue growth in the Nordics market by acquiring new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts within a fast-growing SaaS leader in audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec solutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping organizations operate with greater clarity and agility.
- • You will own and manage a strategic territory of large publicly listed and privately held accounts across the Nordics, operating from Amsterdam while reporting to the Area Director EMEA, and serving as a trusted advisor who links Optro’s technology to measurable business outcomes that resonate with CFOs and executive sponsors.
- • Your day-to-day will involve executing complex, consultative sales cycles through proactive prospecting, value-based selling, and strategic account planning, including conducting face-to-face meetings with C-suite and senior stakeholders to uncover pain points and align Optro’s platform with their risk, compliance, and ESG objectives.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored technical demonstrations, partner with Demand Generation and Business Value Consulting to build compelling ROI cases, and work with Big 4 Alliance partners to co-create go-to-market strategies that enhance credibility and accelerate deal velocity.
- • You will leverage innovative field marketing initiatives, joint events, trade shows, and partner programs to generate pipeline, while maintaining a disciplined, process-driven approach to opportunity progression, forecasting, and deal execution, ensuring meticulous preparation for legal, IT security, and compliance negotiations.

- • You will develop deep expertise in enterprise technology sales within the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and ESG space, mastering complex stakeholder mapping, executive-level negotiation, and value-based selling methodologies that are transferable across high-velocity SaaS environments.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience selling enterprise technology solutions, preferably in software, IT security, risk management, or GRC/ESG domains.
- • Proven track record of success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-suite and executive-level buyers, including new logo acquisition and land-and-expand strategies.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, and Business Value Consulting to advance sales cycles and deliver customer value.
- • Experience operating in a structured sales process with a focus on pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and disciplined forecasting.
- • Comfort and willingness to engage in frequent face-to-face customer interactions, including travel within the Nordics region as needed.
- • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate technical value in business terms for financial and executive audiences.
