  • • Sell Delinea’s cloud-native Identity Security Platform to Enterprise Accounts with annual revenues of $1 billion or more across South Texas.
  • • Develop and execute a personalized territory plan to identify, prospect, and engage new enterprise customers within the assigned geographic region.
  • • Proactively pursue and convert existing leads who have expressed interest in Delinea’s solutions.
  • • Collaborate with Delinea’s technical experts to deliver accurate, compelling product demonstrations and value propositions tailored to enterprise stakeholders.
  • • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for net new business.
  • • Maintain a precise and up-to-date sales pipeline forecast using CRM systems and internal reporting tools.
  • • Build and manage relationships with channel partners to expand market reach and drive joint sales opportunities.
  • • Leverage Delinea’s executive leadership and their networks to gain access to C-suite and decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
  • • Conduct executive-level presentations and high-level technical discussions to articulate the platform’s capabilities in securing human and machine identities across cloud, SaaS, and traditional infrastructure.
  • • Demonstrate expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving procurement, IT, security, and compliance teams.
  • • Continuously deepen knowledge of cybersecurity trends, identity governance, and AI-powered authorization technologies.
  • • Travel approximately 30-40% throughout the South Texas territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, participate in field events, and attend internal sales meetings such as sales kick-offs and quarterly business reviews.
  • • Ensure all customer interactions, pipeline updates, and deal progress are accurately documented in accordance with company sales processes.
  • • Adhere to Delinea’s core values of Spirited, Trust, Respect, Ownership, Nimble, and Global in all customer and internal interactions.
  • • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • • Comply with all company policies including background checks, employment verification, and social media review upon conditional offer.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years as an Enterprise software sales executive selling to companies with revenues greater than $1 billion
  • • Experience cultivating and controlling complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in Enterprise organizations
  • • Track record of success in identifying, cultivating, and closing six-figure+ transactions
  • • Ability to conduct both executive-level presentations and high-level technical presentations
  • • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience
