  • • Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive responsible for closing enterprise deals with large organizations (3K–8K FTE, primarily Fortune 1000) using WRITER’s AI-powered platform.
  • • Convert inbound enterprise prospects who have initiated trials or requested demos through the website or product, guiding them through evaluation, business case development, and procurement.
  • • Proactively generate new pipeline by identifying and engaging Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts within assigned territories through value-driven outbound outreach.
  • • Become a trusted product specialist by deeply understanding WRITER’s capabilities, use cases, and value propositions across industries such as marketing, brand, and product.
  • • Educate prospects on how to configure and deploy WRITER to unlock measurable business transformation, including hands-on support during trials.
  • • Qualify inbound leads by assessing fit, needs, and readiness, then lead them through a structured sales process with clear success criteria.
  • • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure executive sponsorship and buy-in from legal, security, procurement, and finance teams for solutions without existing budget line items.
  • • Build and nurture internal champions within prospect organizations, turning early adopters into advocates who drive internal consensus.
  • • Collect and relay product feedback and user insights to the product team to identify scalable and unscalable paths for user activation and education.
  • • Lead complex, evangelical sales cycles where the solution is not yet recognized as a standard enterprise tool, requiring education and persuasion at multiple organizational levels.
  • • Maintain meticulous documentation of all customer interactions, deal progress, and objections to ensure repeatable, scalable sales processes.
  • • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value, respond to objections, and influence cross-functional decision-makers.
  • • Work in a hybrid model from the London office, collaborating with regional and global teams while reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
  • • Leverage knowledge of editorial processes, content workflows, or brand operations as a competitive advantage in engaging marketing and communications teams.
  • • Maintain high levels of organization, self-motivation, and discipline in managing a complex pipeline under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined execution and strategic account management.
  • • Represent WRITER’s culture of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation in every customer interaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in a B2B SaaS enterprise sales role closing deals with companies of 6,000+ employees
  • • Demonstrable, consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • • Experience helping enterprise prospects build business cases to secure executive sponsorship
  • • Proven experience navigating legal, security, and procurement processes to close complex deals
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • • Experience with value-based selling and deep product knowledge comparable to customer success teams
