- • As an Enterprise Account Manager at AVEVA, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding strategic partnerships with leading UK-based EPC companies, driving business growth by showcasing and selling AVEVA’s innovative suite of industrial software products and services.
- • Day to day, you will manage two large, complex accounts, act as the primary point of contact for clients, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, implement detailed account plans to achieve revenue targets, identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, and coordinate global touch points across sales, service, support, and back-office functions.

The Commercial team, comprising over 2,000 colleagues, is dedicated to deeply understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth and sustainability.
- • In this role, you will develop trusted advisor status with senior client stakeholders, refine business and account plans based on market trends, build executive-level relationships within global EPC organizations, and contribute to AVEVA’s mission of enabling safe, efficient, and sustainable operations in energy, infrastructure, chemicals, and minerals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the EPC, Energy/Oil and Gas industry.
- • Track record in building executive-level relationships within global EPC organizations and selling complex B2B enterprise software.
- • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- • Familiarity with AVEVA’s products and services, as well as the EPC, Energy/Oil and Gas industry.
- • Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally (approximately 30-40% per annum).
- • Ability to manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and provide regular account performance updates.
