- • Manage a book of approximately 40 accounts within Autodesk’s Construction business, driving sales growth through up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling to meet quarterly and annual quota targets.
- • Lead the full sales cycle for both new sales and renewals, developing and executing account strategies to expand customer relationships and increase revenue.
- • Consistently generate new sales opportunities each week to ensure pipeline health and achievement of annual sales objectives.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by building long-term relationships, understanding their business needs, and positioning Autodesk’s software solutions as essential tools for construction innovation.
- • Represent Autodesk professionally by leading client presentations, participating in industry marketing events and conferences, and embodying the company’s values in all customer interactions.
- • Collaborate closely with an extended account team including Business Development Reps, Technical Solutions Executives, Customer Success Managers, and channel partners to deliver integrated solutions and maximize customer outcomes.
- • Conduct strategic account planning with the extended team to identify growth opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and align internal resources to support account success.
- • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts based on pipeline analysis, deal progression, and market conditions to support business planning and leadership decision-making.
- • Displace competitive products by demonstrating the unique value and capabilities of Autodesk’s construction software solutions to enterprise clients.
- • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity as a model representative of Autodesk, ensuring alignment with company culture and ethical sales practices.
- • Work remotely as a fully distributed team member, leveraging digital tools and communication platforms to manage accounts, coordinate with team members, and engage with clients across the U.S.
- • Focus exclusively on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, applying deep domain knowledge to tailor sales approaches and solutions to construction professionals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years’ experience in quota-attaining sales roles
- • Enterprise software sales experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing industries
- • Experience prospecting and engaging with C-level executives
- • Demonstrated closing and negotiation skills

- • On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $208,100 and $373,010 for U.S.-based sales roles, comprising base salary and commission
