Enterprise AI adoption lead (Central)

📋 Description

• • As an Enterprise AI Adoption Lead at Writer Inc., you will drive the successful deployment and activation of AI solutions across a portfolio of enterprise customers, turning AI investments into measurable business outcomes by embedding deeply into customer organizations and building tailored adoption strategies.
• • Day to day, you will own activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases and business objectives, co-developing custom AI solutions, designing and executing adoption strategies including champion programs and workshops, building advocate networks, facilitating live and virtual training sessions, and continuously refining materials based on feedback and adoption data while collaborating cross-functionally.
• • You will join a fast-moving, innovative team at Writer Inc., a $1.9B-valued leader in enterprise generative AI with hubs in Chicago, Austin, San Francisco, New York City, and London, where you’ll partner with Transformation leads and curriculum teams to scale AI enablement and drive enterprise-wide transformation for clients like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI adoption, strengthen your ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes, grow as a trusted advisor and program leader, and build scalable enablement frameworks that drive lasting customer impact and internal innovation.
