• • Drive a 45-day “Time to Live” target from hardware delivery to cameras connected, orchestrating multi-site rollouts across manufacturing plants and logistics hubs while keeping every stakeholder aligned and accountable.
• • Host quarterly business reviews that convert raw platform data into compelling ROI stories—linking reduced incident rates, insurance savings, and productivity gains to the executive KPIs that secure renewals and upsells.
• • Monitor real-time usage dashboards to spot early disengagement; intervene with targeted coaching, workflow tweaks, or escalation to Product and Engineering before churn risk materializes.
• • Translate complex computer-vision insights into simple, actionable playbooks that frontline teams can embed into daily SOPs, ensuring Protex AI becomes part of the cultural fabric rather than “another screen to watch.”
• • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales during late-stage pilots, clarifying scope, success metrics, and expansion pathways so that every pilot tees up a six-figure expansion conversation within 6–12 months.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally: brief Implementation on site-specific constraints, triage urgent support tickets with clear context, feed field insights to Product for roadmap prioritization, and surface customer wins to Marketing for case studies and event speaking slots.
• • Travel up to 25 % to distribution centers, factories, and corporate headquarters across the USA, running on-site workshops, leadership briefings, and “Gemba walks” to cement trust and accelerate adoption.
• • Maintain a portfolio-level Net Retention Rate target of 120 % by identifying whitespace, crafting expansion proposals, and handing off high-confidence upsell opportunities to Commercial with airtight value narratives.
