  • • We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Customer Enablement leader to take ownership of and significantly scale our groundbreaking Content Engineer certification program. This role is pivotal in transforming marketing professionals from novice "One-Shot Prompters" into sophisticated "Content Engineers." These professionals will possess a systems-thinking mindset, excel at building intelligent workflows, and generate compounding value through automation, moving beyond reactive, manual AI interactions. This is far more than standard platform training; it's about fundamentally reshaping how marketing teams approach content creation and strategy in the age of AI, cultivating the profession that will lead the next decade of marketing innovation.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of our educational offerings. You will design and continuously evolve a progressive curriculum across three distinct certification tracks: Foundations, Intermediate, and Advanced. You will be responsible for facilitating engaging, hands-on 90-minute live sessions where participants actively build real-world workflows that address their specific challenges and use cases. The goal is to create transformative educational experiences that directly contribute to participants' career advancement, including promotions, salary increases, and measurable improvements in their team's overall performance and efficiency.
  • • The impact of your role extends far beyond the individual participant. You will serve as a critical conduit between our customer base and our product development team. Struggles and insights gleaned from cohort participants will directly translate into valuable product feedback, informing platform improvements and feature development. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between customer learning needs and our engineering roadmap, ensuring our platform evolves in lockstep with user requirements and industry advancements.
  • • Key areas of ownership include:
  • • Live Cohort Facilitation: Lead intensive 2-week cohort sessions across all skill levels (Foundations through Advanced). These sessions will be highly interactive, demonstration-heavy, and focused on participants building functional workflows in real-time. You will conduct both public cohorts and private, tailored enterprise training sessions for teams of up to 20 individuals.
  • • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and continuously iterate on comprehensive educational content for our three certification tracks. This includes creating engaging session materials, practical builder exercises, relevant homework assignments, and detailed takeaway documents that cater to learners at various stages of their journey.
  • • Hands-On Workflow Building: Guide participants through the process of building sophisticated automations, starting with simple 2-4 step sequences and progressing to complex 15-25 step orchestrations. You will teach the foundational "Gather - Analyze - Extract" pattern and advance to more intricate concepts like liquid query syntax, iterator patterns, and intelligent quality assurance systems.
  • • On-Site Enterprise Training: Travel to deliver in-person enablement sessions for our key enterprise clients. This will involve adapting the core curriculum to meet specific organizational needs and unique use cases while upholding the fundamental principles of Content Engineering.
  • • Product-Education Feedback Loop: Systematically synthesize participant pain points, feature requests, and learning barriers into actionable product insights. Your direct observations from the front lines of customer education will be crucial for prioritizing platform improvements and documentation updates.
  • • Outcome Measurement: Develop and track key participant success metrics. This includes monitoring workflow implementation rates, quantifying time savings achieved, measuring team efficiency gains, and documenting career advancement outcomes such as promotions, raises, and new job titles.
  • • Asynchronous Content Creation: Develop supplementary self-serve learning materials, micro-certifications, and university-style resources. These materials will complement live instruction and enable scalable knowledge transfer, providing ongoing learning opportunities for our user base.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in customer enablement, technical training, or marketing operations, with a proven ability to teach complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • • Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences effectively on camera, think critically during live troubleshooting, and create "aha" moments through interactive demonstrations rather than passive lectures.
  • • Strong technical fluency: demonstrated ability to learn new platforms rapidly, understand systems thinking and workflow logic, and build alongside participants in real-time. Experience with marketing automation tools, APIs, or workflow builders (e.g., Zapier, Make, Clay) is a significant plus.
  • • A teaching philosophy grounded in practical application: a belief in "show, don't tell," prioritizing hands-on building and immediate micro-wins to build confidence before tackling complex challenges.
  • • Experience in curriculum design: a track record of creating structured learning progressions that scaffold from foundational concepts to advanced techniques, complete with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • • A strong bias toward action and iteration: comfort with "Version 0" thinking, shipping adaptable foundational elements that can be improved over time, rather than striving for unattainable initial perfection.
  • • Excellent written communication skills: the ability to distill complex workflows into clear, concise documentation and create memorable educational content, including session summaries, troubleshooting guides, and expansion opportunity explanations.
  • • High degree of customer empathy: the ability to recognize when participants are struggling, adapt your approach in real-time, and celebrate their successes as your own.
  • • Nice to Have:
  • • Prior experience in B2B SaaS enablement or customer education roles.
  • • Background in content marketing, SEO, or marketing operations.
  • • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and prompt engineering principles.
  • • Experience with community management platforms (e.g., Circle, Slack communities).
  • • Understanding of semantic search, knowledge management systems, or advanced content workflows.
  • • Preference for candidates located in the PST time zone to facilitate optimal cohort scheduling and team collaboration.
