- • As the founding Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Rewind AI, you will help define and build the customer success function from the ground up, playing a critical role in ensuring enterprise and upper mid-market customers realize the full value of Rewind’s data protection platform for apps like Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and Shopify.
- • You will manage end-to-end customer relationships, guiding clients through onboarding, implementation, adoption, and renewal, while conducting regular business reviews and executive check-ins to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
