- • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their success through the adoption and expansion of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform.
- • You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving value realization, increasing adoption across business units, supporting retention and growth, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through strategic engagement and regular business reviews.
- • You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing, championing customer needs internally to mitigate risk and unlock expansion opportunities.
- • You will develop deep expertise in customer use cases, business outcomes, and Workato’s platform capabilities to guide customers through their automation journey, create joint success plans, and deliver executive business reviews that align with strategic goals.
- • You will monitor and communicate customer outcomes, serve as the escalation point for issues, and contribute to the evolution of Customer Success practices by developing playbooks and driving process improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • BS or equivalent education
- • 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship, or technical account management with a proven track record in driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction across enterprise accounts ($200k+ ARR to multi-million)
- • Experience in integration and/or business automation, with familiarity in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or post-sales operations
- • Strong written and oral presentation skills to engage both technical and C-level stakeholders
- • Korean native speaker with English proficiency
