• • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Deliverect NV, you will serve as the strategic anchor ensuring enterprise customers thrive and achieve maximum value from the Deliverect platform, directly impacting how businesses connect with customers in a rapidly evolving global market.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving product adoption, fostering long-term loyalty for a mixed book of accounts, acting as the bridge between customers and internal Product and Support teams, and using a data-driven approach to monitor customer health to fuel retention and revenue growth.
• • You will join the Growth team, a dedicated group of proactive and experienced professionals focused on empowering customers to achieve significant growth by serving as strategic partners, deeply understanding evolving business needs, and offering tailored support to maximize the platform’s potential.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise customer success strategy, deepen your understanding of API-first commerce platforms in food and retail industries, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and drive measurable outcomes in customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
