- • As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Choco GmbH, you will lead the onboarding, implementation, and rollout of one of the company’s most strategic enterprise partnerships with a global food industry leader, directly contributing to Choco’s mission of enabling a sustainable food system through AI-powered supply chain optimization.
- • You will serve as the operational driver of this high-impact partnership, ensuring structured activation, cross-functional alignment, and successful adoption across European markets to unlock long-term customer value, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end onboarding and rollout program for the enterprise customer, driving structured implementation to meet milestones, and establishing a custom operating framework with defined governance, rollout cadence, and stakeholder alignment processes.
- • You will coordinate global, regional, and local stakeholders within the customer’s organization while orchestrating internal collaboration across Product, Tech, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and market teams to translate complex enterprise requirements into clear, executable actions.
- • You will proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and remove blockers before they impact adoption or growth, while building scalable onboarding frameworks such as templates, reporting structures, and rollout playbooks to support future scalability.
- • You will ensure ongoing implementation success that drives long-term customer value, retention, and expansion, working closely with leadership to scale this partnership across Europe and refine Choco’s enterprise delivery playbook.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-moving scale-up where your work has immediate and measurable impact—owning a strategic rollout from day one and helping shape how Choco delivers enterprise success at scale.
- • You will work alongside a dedicated team of over 200 Chocorians across Europe and the US in a culture that values hunger, humility, hard work, and team-first mentality, all while contributing to a company that has raised $328.5 million and achieved unicorn status with a $1.2 billion valuation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, enterprise delivery, program management, or consulting roles
- • Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations or rollouts
- • Strong ability to manage multi-layered enterprise stakeholders across large organizations
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Tech, Operations, and Customer Success
- • Ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous enterprise environments
- • Strong communication skills and credibility with senior stakeholders and executives
- • Commercial awareness of how implementation success drives retention and expansion
- • Intrapreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a scale-up environment with limited internal processes
- • Fluent English (C2 level)
