- • Enterprise Data Architect - Remote role at CSAA Insurance Group, a leading personal lines property and casualty insurer, responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable data and AI platforms across the enterprise.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing modern data platforms (lakehouse, warehouse, streaming), enabling AI/ML use cases, embedding security and governance controls, defining API and data access patterns, establishing standards for data ingestion and observability, and translating architecture into implementable guidance.
- • The role sits within the SVP Enterprise Architecture leadership team with a dotted-line partnership to Enterprise Data, collaborating with engineering, product, and program leaders to drive strategic vision and advanced analytics capabilities.
- • The person will learn and achieve expertise in enterprise-scale data architecture, AI integration, cloud-native platforms (preferably AWS), and governance frameworks while influencing strategic decision-making and contributing to the organization’s mission of helping AAA members prevent, prepare for, and recover from life’s uncertainties.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 10+ years of systems development and business experience designing solutions for multiple types of systems, client users, and/or units across an organization
- • 5+ years of technical experience in current domain level for design, execution, and deployments
- • Experience in Cloud implementations (preferably AWS)
- • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.), modern AI/ML platforms (Palantir, DataRobot, etc.), and cloud-native architectures
- • Experience designing data pipelines and analytics platforms; understanding of data modeling, storage, and access optimization
