  • • Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the entire onboarding journey, from initial project management to the intricate technical setup of our unified platform. This involves ensuring a seamless and efficient transition, directly contributing to revenue conversion, customer retention, and overall satisfaction. You will be the trusted technical advisor, translating complex customer needs into actionable deployment plans that leverage the full power of Assembled's AI and human orchestration capabilities.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves deep exploration and documentation of our product's extensive functionality. You will gain comprehensive expertise across our web application and our robust API, enabling you to provide unparalleled support to our customers and valuable insights to our internal teams. This deep product knowledge will be the foundation for developing and refining our deployment best practices, ensuring that every customer maximizes their return on investment.
  • • You will play a critical role in enhancing internal efficiencies and elevating the overall customer experience during the critical deployment phase. By identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions, you will streamline processes and reduce friction points, making the onboarding experience as smooth and positive as possible.
