đź“‹ Description
- • Binti is at the forefront of revolutionizing social services through innovative software solutions, with a deep-rooted mission to ensure every child has a safe, loving, and stable family. Having already made a significant impact by helping over 100,000 families achieve foster or adoption and supporting more than 49% of the nation's child welfare system, Binti is now expanding its reach beyond child welfare to address the broader spectrum of social services. We are a mission-driven, for-profit software company based in San Francisco, backed by prominent investors such as Founders Fund, First Round Capital, and Kapor Capital. Our growing team of 90 dedicated individuals is united by an ambitious vision to transform government systems and expand opportunities globally. We are actively seeking high-empathy, high-performance, and low-ego team members who are passionate about our mission and eager to contribute to our exciting journey.
- • As an Enterprise Engagement Lead at Binti, you will play a pivotal role within the Project Management team, spearheading the end-to-end delivery of our software solutions to public sector partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful adoption of Binti's tools by government agencies, thereby transforming how they support children and families. This involves working collaboratively with child welfare leaders, frontline staff, and internal cross-functional teams to translate complex and often ambiguous goals into meticulously executed solutions that yield tangible positive outcomes.
- • This newly created, unique opportunity offers the chance to significantly shape Binti's implementation model as we scale nationwide. You will bring thought leadership, structure, and innovation to one of the most critical phases of our work. You will own the full delivery of large-scale government implementations, encompassing strategy development, meticulous planning, proactive stakeholder management, robust technical and programmatic execution, diligent risk mitigation, and comprehensive post-launch support. Your ability to navigate complex government landscapes and drive successful outcomes will be paramount.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for senior agency executives, adeptly aligning strategic goals, setting clear expectations, and proactively identifying and resolving risks or potential misalignment. Your communication style will be adaptable, resonating with stakeholders at all levels of agency partners, from frontline users to middle managers and agency leadership. This approach will be crucial in building trust, establishing clarity, and fostering alignment across diverse teams.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve translating Binti's product capabilities and technical architecture—including integrations, data pipelines, modular configurations, and permission structures—into a fully implemented and seamlessly configured solution. This solution must not only meet the unique needs of each agency but also adhere to Binti's established best practices, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- • You will be instrumental in consulting with and implementing change management strategies, guiding agency partners through the evolution of outdated workflows and the adoption of new processes that align with Binti's product vision and overarching goals. This requires a deep understanding of organizational change and the ability to champion new ways of working.
- • Driving accountability across both internal and external teams will be a core responsibility. This involves ensuring clear communication channels, defining roles and responsibilities, maintaining visibility into potential blockers, and maintaining steady forward momentum throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle. Your leadership will be key to keeping complex projects on track.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute significantly to the development of scalable systems and frameworks that will elevate the Project Management Office's (PMO) enterprise implementation model. The focus will be on establishing repeatable, high-quality, and consultative professional services that can be delivered effectively at scale across the nation.
- • You will also provide strategic implementation expertise during the pre-sales process, collaborating with sales and product teams to align agency priorities with Binti's product offerings and delivery model, ensuring a strong foundation for future engagements.
- • This role demands a blend of technical fluency, critical problem-solving skills, a genuine passion for our mission, and executive presence to navigate high-stakes government implementations. You will join a thoughtful, mission-driven team that deeply values trust, autonomy, and continuous improvement as we expand Binti's impact nationwide. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of children and families by improving the effectiveness of social services through technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in consulting, SaaS implementation, or government systems.
- • Demonstrated strength in critical problem-solving and decision-making in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- • Technical fluency and a strong understanding of how software is configured and deployed, including integrations, architecture, and data flows.
- • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from agency executives to frontline staff.
- • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for on-site work with government partners (average of two on-site visits per month).
- • Familiarity with child welfare, health and human services, or similar domains is a plus.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Above-market compensation package (salary + equity).
- • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life) with 99% of premiums covered for employees and dependents.
- • Generous paid time off, including flexible vacation time, 13 paid holidays, and 11 federally observed holidays.
- • 16 weeks of paid parental bonding leave.
- • 4 weeks of sabbatical after 4 years of service.
- • Annual bonus for employees who volunteer as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate).
