- • As an Enterprise Events Manager at Boeing Employees' Credit Union (BECU), you will own and elevate the organization’s enterprise event portfolio, leading large-scale, high-visibility experiences that strengthen culture, celebrate purpose, and advance business priorities. This role is critical to shaping BECU’s signature events and building a new enterprise event function from the ground up.
- • Day to day, you will develop and implement enterprise event strategies, lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex events (including Day of Purpose, Purpose Awards, and People Helping People Awards), manage vendor relationships, oversee production and onsite logistics, partner with executives and program managers, mentor project teams and volunteers, and establish metrics for continuous improvement.

You will develop strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration skills while designing events that reflect purpose, culture, and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work or educational experience
- • 5 years of corporate event planning experience, preferably including events of 500+ attendees
- • 3 years managing project teams and/or volunteers, with project management experience preferred
- • Communication, leadership, and negotiation skills required
- • Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and streamline processes for maximum efficiency required
- • Experience scaling events for growth and reimagining events required
