- • Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects from planning through execution, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, and accountability structures are established and maintained.
- • Partner with executive and functional leaders to align organizational priorities, facilitate key decision-making, and drive successful project outcomes across departments.
- • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and resolution of blockers.
- • Monitor project progress in real time, proactively identifying risks, delays, resource constraints, and gaps in stakeholder alignment before they impact delivery.
- • Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates, dashboards, status reports, and readouts that provide clear visibility into project health, key decisions, upcoming milestones, and support needs.
- • Ensure leaders have consistent, actionable insight into project dependencies, progress against goals, and areas requiring intervention or additional resources.
- • Drive follow-through on all action items, decisions, and commitments across cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and accountability.
- • Build, maintain, and optimize project management tools, templates, trackers, and reporting frameworks that enhance organizational visibility and operational discipline.
