• • Collaboration will be essential as you partner closely with key functions such as Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to embed Enterprise Risk Management principles into daily decision-making processes.
• • A significant part of your remit will involve providing direct risk governance oversight and leading risk management regulatory engagement for specific Coinbase legal entities, including but not limited to Singapore, Australia, and India, ensuring adherence to local regulatory expectations.
• • You will be tasked with the local implementation of the global ERM framework, which includes identifying key organizational risks, defining appropriate risk tolerances and appetites, and diligently monitoring local KRIs.
• • Preparing clear, concise, and impactful executive-facing materials for internal meetings, Board sessions, and regulatory engagements will be a regular requirement, demanding strong analytical and communication skills.
