📋 Description
- • Serve as Enterprise Sales Director for the Kansas and Missouri territory, driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing enterprise accounts.
- • Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing enterprise clients across the region, ensuring consistent pipeline development and successful deal closure.
- • Convert SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) generated by the BDR team into closed/won opportunities through consultative selling and tailored product solutions.
- • Own the regional market by building and leveraging strategic partnerships with channel partners and alliances in collaboration with the Territory Channel Director.
- • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, cold outreach, and market analysis within Kansas and Missouri.
- • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, align Semperis identity and cybersecurity solutions to business challenges, and position products effectively.
- • Maintain current knowledge of Semperis product offerings, pricing models, and market trends to provide accurate, informed guidance to prospects and clients.
- • Build and execute territory-wide sales strategies that exceed assigned growth targets and quarterly/annual quotas.
- • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment on sales objectives.
- • Demonstrate a "Challenger" sales mindset by educating clients, shaping buying decisions, and taking control of the sales process from initial engagement through closure.
- • Utilize strong territory planning and account-based selling methodologies to prioritize high-value accounts and maximize sales efficiency.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to reflect pipeline status, client interactions, and forecast accuracy.
- • Ensure compliance with company sales processes and reporting requirements while representing Semperis with integrity and professionalism.
- • Be physically located within Kansas or Missouri to effectively engage with local enterprise clients and participate in regional sales activities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity sales
- • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience successfully selling to enterprise accounts
- • Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity-related sales experience is a plus
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing business in a defined territory
- • Strong territory planning and sales methodology expertise
- • Must be located in Kansas or Missouri
