  • • Serve as Enterprise Sales Director based in Toronto, driving enterprise sales growth across the local market with a focus on cybersecurity and identity solutions.
  • • Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing enterprise accounts to expand Semperis’ customer base and market presence.
  • • Qualify, manage, and advance sales leads from marketing campaigns and the SDR team, converting SQLs into closed/won opportunities.
  • • Own the territory by executing strategic account-based and territory-wide sales plans to consistently exceed assigned growth targets and quotas.
  • • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct prospecting, cold outreach, and market analysis.
  • • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate Semperis products and solutions tailored to enterprise environments.
  • • Build and nurture trusted partnerships with channel partners and collaborate with the Territory Channel Director to strengthen market reach.
  • • Maintain current knowledge of Semperis’ product portfolio, pricing models, and evolving cybersecurity threats related to Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • • Evangelize Semperis’ value proposition with a Challenger sales mindset, taking control of the sales process from initial engagement through closure.
  • • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to align sales strategy with client outcomes and product capabilities.
  • • Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM documentation throughout the sales cycle to support forecasting and pipeline management.
  • • Adhere to Semperis’ hybrid work model, requiring periodic onsite presence at the Toronto office alongside remote work days.
  • • Represent Semperis as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients across multiple industries, emphasizing integrity, curiosity, and initiative.
  • • Contribute to a company culture rooted in purpose, growth, and work-life balance while supporting Semperis’ mission to be a Force for Good.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity sales
  • • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience successfully selling to enterprise accounts
  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing business in a competitive market
  • • Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity-related sales experience is a plus
  • • Strong territory planning and sales methodology expertise
  • • Ability to work across all levels of enterprise organizations and lead complex sales cycles
