- • Design, build, and deliver Enterprise-specific sales enablement programs covering onboarding, product launches, methodology rollouts, and competitive positioning for Harvey’s Enterprise Account Executives.
- • Partner directly with Enterprise Sales leadership and frontline managers to identify skill gaps, define competency standards, and develop tailored coaching frameworks aligned to enterprise sales cycles.
- • Develop and manage enablement content, playbooks, and resources that map to the Enterprise buyer journey and adhere to the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- • Own end-to-end measurement and reporting of enablement programs, tracking both leading and lagging indicators to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, Solutions Architecture, and Legal Engineering to translate product updates, market insights, and technical capabilities into field-ready sales assets.
- • Drive change management initiatives for new tools, processes, and go-to-market motions across the Enterprise segment to ensure adoption and alignment among sales teams.
- • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the GTM Enablement team and Enterprise Sales organization, ensuring enablement strategies directly support revenue outcomes and scaling objectives.
- • Maintain deep alignment with Harvey’s core values of Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job’s Not Finished, ensuring all enablement materials and programs reflect clarity, speed, and relentless execution.
- • Operate in a high-growth environment with ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly and delivering high-impact programs on tight timelines to support rapid company scaling.
- • Embed enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management into enablement curricula and reinforce consistent application across the sales force.
- • Translate complex AI product capabilities and legal industry dynamics into simplified, actionable sales narratives and training materials for Enterprise Account Executives.
- • Ensure all enablement assets are localized, scalable, and adaptable for Harvey’s global customer base across 60+ countries.
- • Monitor competitive landscape shifts and integrate competitive positioning insights into ongoing enablement content to maintain sales team advantage.
- • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Product teams to surface field feedback and inform product roadmap priorities based on real-world sales challenges.
- • Lead virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and certification programs to reinforce sales skills and ensure consistent execution across the Enterprise team.
- • Maintain a feedback loop with sales reps to continuously refine enablement content based on real-time field input and performance data.
- • Support launch readiness for new product features and enterprise-focused initiatives by coordinating cross-functional alignment, training timelines, and rollout communications.
- • Ensure all enablement programs are data-driven, with clear KPIs tied to sales velocity, win rates, deal size, and rep ramp time.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM program management with demonstrated ownership of programs supporting Enterprise or complex sales motions
- • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver against tight timelines
- • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence; comfortable presenting to and influencing senior sales leadership
- • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management) and experience embedding them into enablement programs
- • Experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or AI preferred; strong intellectual curiosity about the legal industry and emerging technology
- • A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of driving impact in high-growth environments
