- • Serve as a trusted technical partner to Account Executives in closing Enterprise deals across Canada, supporting discovery, solution positioning, and technical validation for mid-sized to large organizations.
- • Conduct discovery meetings with prospective customers to assess infrastructure, security maturity, compliance requirements, and risk priorities across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
- • Deliver tailored, outcome-driven demonstrations and Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements that clearly link NodeZero’s autonomous pentesting capabilities to customer risk reduction, compliance alignment, and operational efficiency.
- • Own the technical strategy throughout the sales cycle, addressing objections, competitive comparisons, and technical concerns to drive deal progression and win rates.
- • Maintain continuous engagement with key accounts post-sale to ensure smooth technical handoff, reinforce initial value realization, and identify expansion opportunities based on evolving customer needs.
- • Translate complex cybersecurity technical concepts—such as vulnerability management, identity, cloud security, and Active Directory—into clear business value for both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams to ensure field feedback directly informs product roadmap, positioning, and technical asset development.
- • Contribute to internal enablement by refining demo flows, technical playbooks, and sales collateral specific to the Enterprise segment.
- • Support the entire customer lifecycle by staying engaged from initial contact through post-close adoption, ensuring alignment between executive sponsors and technical teams on impact and ROI.
- • Partner with regional sales leadership to align strategy and execution for the Canada territory, adapting messaging and technical approaches to regional market dynamics.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Horizon3.ai’s NodeZero platform, including its autonomous pentesting, exposure reduction, and continuous validation features across diverse enterprise environments.
- • Act as a technical advocate for customers, surfacing product feedback and usage patterns to improve platform functionality and customer success outcomes.
- • Ensure all technical interactions reflect Horizon3.ai’s mission of proactively finding and fixing exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them.
- • Represent the company with professionalism and technical authority in high-stakes enterprise sales environments, building trust with CISOs, ITOps, SecOps teams, consultants, and MSSPs/MSPs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in cybersecurity or infrastructure
- • Experience working with Enterprise accounts, combining technical depth with executive-level interaction
- • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals including threat landscape, vulnerability management, identity, cloud, and Active Directory
- • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical practitioners and non-technical executives
- • Experience running structured Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements and managing technical validation cycles
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
