  • • As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at DevRev, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how businesses operate by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. You will serve as a critical technical liaison, bridging the gap between DevRev's innovative AI-powered platform, Computer, and the complex needs of enterprise clients. Your primary mission will be to empower customers to fully understand, evaluate, and ultimately adopt DevRev solutions, ensuring their success and driving significant business impact.
  • • You will be an integral part of the direct sales team, working hand-in-hand with Enterprise Account Executives. This partnership will involve strategic planning and execution of sales campaigns, where your technical expertise will be paramount in demonstrating the value and capabilities of DevRev's offerings. Your role will demand a unique blend of deep technical acumen and compelling storytelling, enabling you to craft and deliver tailored product demonstrations, guide customers through rigorous evaluations, and contribute to the development of persuasive proposals.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their go-to technical advisor. You will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into elegant, scalable architectural solutions that align perfectly with the DevRev platform. This involves a deep understanding of customer pain points and the ability to articulate how DevRev's Team Intelligence can address them effectively.
  • • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and to support customization, integrations, and configurations that meet specific client requirements. Furthermore, you will ensure a seamless transition for new clients by providing early-stage onboarding support and addressing any technical issues that may arise, working in tandem with the Customer Success team.
  • • Beyond direct sales support, you will play a vital role in expanding DevRev's market presence and technical enablement. This includes delivering impactful workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs to educate partners and customers. You will also co-create joint service offerings, further embedding DevRev into the client's operational fabric. Your contributions will extend to training internal sales teams on new product features, technical capabilities, and competitive positioning, ensuring the entire sales organization is equipped with the latest knowledge.
  • • To maintain DevRev's competitive edge, you will be responsible for monitoring competitor offerings, gathering market intelligence, and sharing these insights to influence product strategy and sales tactics. You will also contribute to the creation of essential sales enablement collateral, including technical playbooks, demo assets, user guides, and compelling case studies that highlight customer success stories.
  • • DevRev is pioneering the use of AI within its own sales organization, and you will be at the forefront of this transformation. You will leverage DevRev's revolutionary products and leading foundational AI models and services to enhance your own productivity and effectiveness, embodying the company's commitment to AI-driven innovation.
