- • As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at DevRev, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how businesses operate by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. You will serve as a critical technical liaison, bridging the gap between DevRev's innovative AI-powered platform, Computer, and the complex needs of enterprise clients. Your primary mission is to empower customers to fully understand, evaluate, and ultimately adopt DevRev solutions, ensuring their success and driving significant business impact.
- • You will be an integral part of the direct sales team, working hand-in-hand with Enterprise Account Executives. Your role involves strategic planning and execution of sales campaigns, where your technical expertise will be paramount in guiding prospects through their journey. This includes understanding their unique challenges, identifying pain points, and architecting solutions that leverage the full potential of DevRev's platform.
- • A key responsibility will be to deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations that vividly illustrate DevRev's unique value proposition and its ability to drive tangible business outcomes. You will also lead and guide Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and proofs of value, ensuring customers experience firsthand how DevRev can transform their operations.
- • Your technical acumen will extend to crafting persuasive proposals and contributing to responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust architectures that align with the DevRev platform, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also sustainable.
- • Building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with clients is central to this role. You will act as a go-to technical advisor, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. Ensuring a seamless transition to the Customer Success team post-sale is also a crucial aspect of your contribution, guaranteeing continued client satisfaction and adoption.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to support customization, integrations, and configurations, ensuring that the DevRev platform meets the specific technical demands of enterprise clients. This cross-functional collaboration is vital for delivering a cohesive and powerful solution.
- • In addition to direct client engagement, you will play a role in early-stage onboarding support and assist with issue resolution when necessary, demonstrating a commitment to client success from the outset.
- • You will also be instrumental in developing and delivering educational content, including workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs. Co-creating joint service offerings with partners and clients will further solidify DevRev's ecosystem presence and value.
- • To maintain DevRev's competitive edge, you will train internal sales teams on new product updates, technical capabilities, and competitive positioning. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of essential sales enablement collateral, such as technical playbooks, demo assets, guides, and case studies.
- • Staying abreast of competitor offerings and market trends is crucial. You will monitor competitive landscapes, gather insights, and share this intelligence with internal teams to help shape strategy and product development.
