  • • The Enterprise Sales Executive will work with top enterprise accounts from the Pharma and Life Sciences vertical in Germany, operating at the C-suite level to drive revenue and deliver value through UiPath’s automation solutions.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing territory/market potential, developing sales strategies, achieving quarterly sales targets, evangelizing the UiPath brand through value-based selling, educating customers on financial and professional benefits, building and maintaining customer relationships, partnering with local partners and global systems integrators, collaborating with CSM teams to ensure customer value, tracking competitors and market conditions, and reporting insights to management.
  • • UiPath is a fast-moving, growth-oriented company committed to enterprise automation software that transforms how the world works, fostering a culture of curiosity, self-propulsion, generosity, and authenticity among its employees.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop trusted executive relationships, refine strategic account planning using data-driven approaches, master complex solution selling to financial buyers, and grow their impact as a strategic advisor in the Pharma and Life Sciences sector while contributing to UiPath’s mission of unleashing human potential through automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Multiple years of experience selling business solutions directly to top executives for large companies in Germany, specifically in the Pharma and Life Sciences vertical
  • • Fluency in English and German
  • • Demonstrable track record of cultivating new relationships at C-Level within enterprise accounts and ability to grow an enterprise client portfolio
  • • Ability to sell to a financial buyer based on value and a business case vs feature and function
  • • Use of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to guarantee accuracy in forecasting
  • • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally
