- • Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team across France and Spain, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching Account Executives (AEs) on deal strategy, pipeline management, and execution.
- • Own regional sales performance and forecast accuracy, consistently inspecting pipeline quality and intervening to unblock stalled deals.
- • Drive consistent adherence to Sierra’s sales process across the region, partnering with RevOps to ensure clean data and actionable insights for decision-making.
- • Actively participate in key customer and prospect conversations, providing direct support to reps during complex buying committee engagements and late-stage negotiations.
- • Advise on pricing strategy, contract terms, and close tactics to maximize win rates and deal velocity in enterprise accounts.
- • Identify, nurture, and promote future sales leaders from within the team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- • Manage end-to-end complex enterprise sales cycles, including identifying, qualifying, and closing large accounts with $1M+ annual contract values.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with the AI landscape, including key market players and emerging trends, to effectively position Sierra’s platform to enterprise customers.
- • Build and refine sales motions and GTM strategies, particularly in early-stage growth markets like France and Spain.
- • Uphold Sierra’s core values—Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family—in all team interactions and customer engagements.
- • Ensure customer success is prioritized by deeply understanding client business goals and driving measurable outcomes, not just technical milestones.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales roles, identifying and closing large accounts.
- • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams.
- • Proven experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex enterprise sales cycles.
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven sales decisions.
- • Familiarity with the AI industry landscape, key players, and emerging trends.
