- • As an Enterprise Success Manager for the West Territory at Ontic Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring enterprise clients derive maximum value from the Connected Intelligence Platform, directly impacting client retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership success in high-stakes security and risk management environments.
- • You will own the full post-sales client lifecycle for a portfolio of Fortune 5000 corporate and government clients, driving platform adoption, facilitating implementation and training, conducting executive business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and owning the renewal process to ensure predictable revenue growth and client advocacy.
- • You will serve as the primary trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, translating their security objectives into actionable platform usage while acting as the voice of the customer within Ontic to influence product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and align cross-functional teams around client needs.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to orchestrate seamless client experiences, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, and JIRA to track health scores, forecast renewals, and scale client success operations efficiently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- • You will develop deep expertise in Protective Intelligence use cases including threat intelligence, executive protection, workplace violence prevention, and corporate investigations, enabling you to consult clients on best practices and help them mature their security programs using Ontic’s unified platform.
- • You will contribute to the scaling of Ontic’s Client Success function by refining processes, sharing knowledge, and adopting automation and analytics tools that improve team efficiency and client outcomes as the company expands its enterprise footprint.
- • You will grow professionally by mastering enterprise SaaS customer success methodologies, building executive-level communication and presentation skills, gaining exposure to cutting-edge security technology, and developing strategic account planning capabilities in a mission-driven, high-growth organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, or Client Services within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably serving enterprise-level clients
- • Proven ability to manage multiple complex client accounts simultaneously with strong organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to C-suite executives and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
- • Familiarity with customer success and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, JIRA, or ChurnZero to track engagement, health scores, and renewal forecasts
- • Strong preference for candidates located in the Western United States, with willingness to travel up to 30% based on client and business needs
