đź“‹ Description
- • As an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer at Lovable Labs Inc., you will own white-glove support for the company’s largest customers, troubleshooting complex product and identity issues while serving as a trusted technical partner to enterprise teams.
- • Day to day, you will diagnose and resolve high-impact customer issues across design systems, connectors, authentication, and project publishing; reproduce bugs, write clear reports, and help prioritize fixes; troubleshoot across the stack including SSO/SAML/SCIM, REST APIs, and embedded integrations; document solutions into runbooks and customer-facing guides; participate in on-call rotations to protect SLAs; and report on key support metrics like time to first response and resolution.
- • Lovable Labs Inc. is a small, talent-dense team based in Stockholm with a presence in Boston, building a generation-defining platform that enables anyone to build software with any language—from solopreneurs to Fortune 100 companies. The company values extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration, and is driven by a mission to transform how the digital world works.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS support, identity systems, and API troubleshooting; influence product improvements through customer insights; build cross-functional collaboration skills with engineers, PMs, and founders; and gain visibility into how top AI-native companies adopt and scale Lovable’s platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (technical support, technical account management, solutions/forward-deployed, or product support for B2B/SaaS)
- • Strong enterprise presence — ability to engage with CPOs on reliability and developers on logs in the same interaction
- • Excellent troubleshooting skills across web/desktop (macOS/Windows) and integrations
- • Identity experience — SSO/OAuth/SAML/SCIM and their real-world application in customer environments
- • API fluency — comfortable inspecting and troubleshooting REST APIs and reading server/client logs to identify errors
- • Clear communicator — strong written and verbal skills to translate complex customer issues into actionable internal tickets
- • Calm under pressure — ability to prioritize when multiple enterprise customers need immediate assistance
- • Collaborative mindset — comfortable pairing with PMs, engineers, CSMs, and founders in a small, fast-moving team
- • Scripting ability in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar to reproduce, mock, or validate issues
- • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- • Experience in a fast-paced, AI/product-led environment with weekly shipping and early/beta customer engagement
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to own white-glove support for Lovable’s largest enterprise customers and directly impact product direction
- • Work at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, helping shape how the digital world is built
- • Join a small, talent-dense team that values extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration
- • Gain deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, identity systems (SSO/SAML/SCIM), APIs, and cross-stack troubleshooting
- • Influence product improvements by turning real-world customer insights into better playbooks and fixes
- • Develop strong cross-functional collaboration skills working closely with engineers, product managers, and founders
- • Based in either Boston or Stockholm with a mission-driven culture focused on making a dent in the world
