- • Provide first-level support for Atlassian tool-related issues, including Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence, escalating complex technical problems as needed.
- • Assist with user onboarding and conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption of project and agile tooling.
- • Develop, maintain, and update user guides, FAQs, and other training resources to support consistent tool usage across teams.
- • Promote best practices in the use of Atlassian tools to enhance team productivity and alignment with agile methodologies.
- • Assist with basic configuration and maintenance of Atlassian tools under supervision, including workflow adjustments, permission settings, and system updates.
- • Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions to ensure appropriate security and compliance across project teams.
- • Create and update project templates, dashboards, and workflows to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all tool configurations, procedures, and administrative processes.
- • Generate standard reports and dashboards to monitor tool usage, performance metrics, and team adoption trends.
- • Assist with data analysis to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for tool optimization.
- • Stay current with Atlassian platform updates, new features, and industry best practices through continuous learning and training.
- • Actively participate in internal training programs to deepen understanding of project management and agile frameworks.
- • Collaborate with project teams, agile practitioners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure tooling supports operational goals.
- • Demonstrate a customer-focused approach by responding promptly to user inquiries and providing clear, actionable support.
- • Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple support requests, documentation updates, and configuration tasks.
