• • As an Environments Project Manager at Inizio Engage, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-impact exhibition booths and immersive environments for prestigious clients, directly contributing to brand storytelling and audience engagement through experiential marketing.
• • You will own end-to-end project lifecycle management for exhibit-based events — from concept and design through production, on-site installation, and post-event reconciliation — ensuring seamless execution, budget adherence, and exceptional client satisfaction across national and international engagements.
• • You will join a dynamic, award-winning global events agency within Inizio Engage XD, part of a purpose-driven communications group that leverages applied behavioral science to create transformative live, virtual, and immersive experiences for healthcare, pharmaceutical, and corporate clients.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in experiential project management, strengthen cross-functional leadership with designers and suppliers, and master financial oversight of complex event budgets — positioning you for advancement into senior project or program leadership within the global events and engagement industry.
• • Client account and project ownership: Manage all aspects of exhibit booth projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring alignment with brand objectives, timelines, and quality standards from kickoff to delivery.
• • Oversee exhibition booth design, production, and on-site installation: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to translate concepts into physical environments, managing timelines, logistics, and technical execution for flawless show delivery.
• • Lead end-to-end event budgeting: Develop, monitor, and reconcile project budgets using company financial tools, approve invoices, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders: Manage relationships with AV providers, show services, freight, and venue coordinators while aligning with creative, production, and client service teams internally.
• • Deliver exceptional customer service: Anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure every touchpoint reflects professionalism and commitment to exceeding client goals.
• • Develop proposals and lead planning meetings: Create detailed project proposals, facilitate pre-event planning sessions, lead on-site coordination, and conduct post-event debriefs to capture learnings and improve future deliveries.
• • Collaborate with designers and contractors: Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure design integrity, structural safety, and experiential quality are maintained throughout build and installation.
• • Manage content and messaging execution: Oversee the development and delivery of client-facing content, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity across all experiential touchpoints.
• • Adapt to flexible work arrangements: Perform duties remotely, hybrid, or onsite as required by project demands, with willingness to travel nationally and internationally to support show schedules.
