📋 Description

• • Serve as a business specialist and technology generalist to align Epic Cadence technology solutions with Revenue Business Systems’ strategic goals.
• • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance business processes through the application of information system technologies, assessing functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements.
• • Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and customer management to broker services and ensure seamless technology integration.
• • Maintain strong working relationships with IT personnel and business unit stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual understanding of technical and operational priorities.
• • Apply in-depth knowledge of the assigned business area’s products, workflows, and revenue cycle processes to inform technology recommendations and system enhancements.
• • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-understandable language for non-technical stakeholders across departments.
• • Develop, maintain, and document project plans, technical specifications, and system requirements using strong written communication skills.
• • Demonstrate proficiency in verbal communication when coordinating with cross-functional teams, end users, IT departments, and third-party vendors.
• • Apply analytical and conceptual skills to solve problems that span multiple environments, systems, and business units.
• • Understand the impact of IT on organizational processes and leverage this insight to redesign workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• • Support the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects in a cross-functional environment using established project management principles.
• • Complete Epic’s certification program for supported applications within six weeks of finishing the final required training class.
• • Utilize Microsoft Office products for reporting, documentation, scheduling, and collaboration across teams.
• • Exhibit flexibility, enthusiasm, and strong team-oriented behaviors to support a collaborative, dynamic workplace.
• • Contribute to business process re-engineering initiatives by applying tools and techniques to drive efficiency and innovation in information systems.
• • Support the strategic use of technology in managing and growing revenue operations through technology-enabled improvements.
• • Participate in organizing, planning, and executing projects from initial vision through implementation, engaging internal staff, contractors, and external vendors as needed.
• • Leverage HL7 knowledge (if applicable) to support interoperability and data exchange within clinical and financial systems.
