📋 Description

• Epic Product Operations & Strategy role at Abridge AI, Inc. involves driving the backbone of the company's clinical AI, Epic integration, and build guides.
• The role requires deep Epic expertise, strategic and hands-on approach, operational building skills, and high EQ and cross-functional influence.
• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience at Epic and 2+ years at healthcare tech vendors integrating into Epic.
• They will be responsible for owning Epic integration problems end-to-end, identifying the right APIs and integration patterns, and raising the bar on build guide quality and consistency.
• The role also involves building the process to surface Epic constraints and risks during discovery, shifting Abridge from reactive execution to proactive planning, and getting ahead of the next wave of Epic complexity.
• The ideal candidate will be a high-EQ, structured thinker who loves building the operating system of a world-class product org.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Epic expertise: 5+ years of experience at Epic and 2+ years at healthcare tech vendors integrating into Epic.
• Strategic and hands-on approach: Equally comfortable operating at quarterly-planning altitude and getting into the technical weeds.
• Operational building skills: Creates process where none exists and brings order to ambiguous, cross-team problems.
• High EQ and cross-functional influence: Builds trust and credibility with PM, engineering, implementation, commercial, and customers.
• Incredibly AI-pilled: Uses AI tools every day, at work and on the side, and builds systems themselves (scripts, agents, workflows).
